1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Free Courses
Free courses are provided at no cost and, therefore, are not eligible for refunds.
1.2 Premium (Only Members) Subscriptions
- If you have purchased a Premium membership, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed or completed any of the Premium courses.
- Refunds will not be provided if any Premium content has been accessed or downloaded.
1.3 One-Time Purchase Courses
- Refunds for one-time purchase courses are available within 7 days of purchase if the course has not been accessed beyond the first module.
- If you have completed more than one module or have accessed significant portions of the course, refunds will not be provided.
2. How to Request a Refund

- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
3. Exceptions
- Refunds will not be granted for issues related to personal preference, technical difficulties on the user’s end (such as internet connectivity or device compatibility), or failure to complete the course within the available access period.
- Courses purchased through third-party platforms are subject to the refund policies of those platforms and are not eligible for refunds through Free Course.
4. Course Cancellations
In the event that a course is canceled by Free Course, a full refund will be provided to all enrolled students.
